Our Services

FT Promotions acts as an intermediary connecting clients with freelance IT specialists. We carefully match specialists to your requirements and facilitate the engagement process to ensure a smooth collaboration.

Client Obligations

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information regarding their requirements. Timely payment according to agreed terms and professional conduct towards assigned specialists are essential conditions of our engagement.

Liability

FT Promotions provides a best-effort matching service and does not guarantee specific outcomes from any assignment. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights for work produced during an assignment are governed by the agreement between the client and the freelance specialist. FT Promotions does not claim ownership of any work product created during assignments.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding obligations including payment for work completed remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from our services shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
